This website is owned and operated by Josh Tingley (“Josh Tingley”, “Josh”, “we”, “our” or “us”). This Refund Policy sets forth the terms under which you may be eligible to receive a full refund in the event that you decide to cancel your booking.
For any treatment booking made via the website, simply contact me to cancel, up to 48 hours in advance of the booking, to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made later than the 48 hour notice period are not automatically eligible for a refund.
We care deeply about the well-being of our customers and we understand that things happen. In spite of our policy, where feasible, we will seek to use our discernment to make reasonable adjustments to bookings in the case of personal emergencies.
