When using the website booking process you are committing to purchase a product or service in good faith and you will provide truthful information so that we can provide safe and relevant products or treatments for you.

Sometimes we need to make changes to products or services offered, at times this can be beyond our control because of supplier issues or new legislation, we will always try and avoid this where possible. We will always aim to honour any existing bookings and we will contact you if a product or service you have purchased is impacted.
